How to get the most out of your Home-Body Workouts this month:
- Always warm up before starting a workout.
- Get some vitamin D while you do a quick workout outside.
- Intentionally move your body before and/or after checking the mail.
- Use these exercises to get in a good mindset before walking into your house after a long day of work.
