This information is used to process your order(s), to keep you updated on your purchases and to personalize your experience.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to this store. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not provide or offer refunds of any kind. We will make every reasonable effort to provide you with excellent service at all times.

 Club membership fees are to be paid every three months (quarterly) without interruption. This is a commitment to yourself and to the group, so after a payment has been posted there will be no refunds.


If you want to cancel your club membership you must notify Crystal at CloudNineOrganizing@gmail.com before your next payment is posted. It is the member’s responsibility to keep up with their payment dates. No cancellations or refunds will be processed after a payment has been posted.
