5-minute workouts that you can do anywhere in your home at any time of day. Loving your home is all about loving yourself, so give yourself at least 5 minutes a day of mindful (or mindless) movement. Just move!

Note: Always warm up and cool down before working out. 

Each Home-Body workout stands on it's own, or you can stack one on top of another to create a longer workout.
