Moving your body is a great way to deal with mental clutter. When you exercise, the pituitary gland and hypothalamus release endorphins, also known as the feel good-chemicals of the brain.

Each month, Shelley Wall creates 5-minute workouts that support you as you focus on loving your home.

Loving your home is all about loving yourself, so give yourself at least 5 minutes of intentional movement. 

Each Home-Body workout stands on it's own or can be stacked, one on top of another, to create a longer workout. Enjoy!
